Poblenou Open Day & Night - 12h non stop
Poblenou Urban District merges its two events to enjoy 12 hours of art-related activities.
Poblenou Urban District merges its two events for this edition and renames it ‘Poblenou Open Day & Night - 12h non stop’. On Saturday October 17th, from 11 am to 11 pm, Barcelona's Creative District will be boiling over with all kinds of activities within the open doors of its spaces and, in addition, it will have a part of the programme that will be broadcasted virtually so that you can enjoy it from home. Amongst other spaces, the galleries La Plataforma, L & B Gallery and Chez Xefo stand out, presenting the exhibitions 'Objecte Survival', 'Facing Discontinuity' and 'Passaport Gràfic', or the artists Philippe Marmi, Carmina Wiegerinck and Valls Fortuny, who will be showing their latest works.
The 'Poblenou Open Day & Night' will also host the ‘WAC LAB’ in the Simon 100 Space, where different artists will carry out their activity in the days prior to the meeting and present the results during the open doors on the 17th. In addition, the ‘Urban Talks’ will also take place in the Simon space, the most reflective part of the day, which this year focuses on the theme ‘Transformation of the territory through art and creativity’.
On the Poblenou Urban District website you will find all the information about the different activities. You can also see the covid-19 measures that will have to be followed to guarantee the safety of both the participants and the artists.
