Lara Gómez, born in Barcelona in 1993, is a culture journalist at La Vanguardia, a newspaper she began writing for in 2016. She specialises in covering the literary world and has interviewed both national and international authors, showing a particular interest in début novels. Years ago, she set herself the goal of thoroughly exploring every book she encountered and sharing the details on social media. She is co-author of the book Cómo salir en ‘la Contra’ [How to Get Featured in ‘La Contra’].
