How much does it cost?

Gaudir Més registration is completely free.

When do I become an active member?

You will become an active member 7 days after registering at a Citizen Help and Information Office (OAC) branch. You will then be able to make the most of the scheme's advantages.

How do I get free or discounted admission to venues?

Once your fingerprint has been registered and you have received a confirmation email, you can access the service without having to request a prior appointment. When you arrive, you will be asked to identify yourself using your fingerprint  or personal details.

Who can sign up to the programme?

The register is open to everyone.

How can I register?

First, you will need to request a prior appointment at your nearest Citizen Help and Information Office (OAC) by calling 010 or going online. Then, you will need to go to the OAC in person with an official identity document to record your digital fingerprint.

What information will I be asked for?

Name and surname(s), date of birth, official ID document number (national ID document, driving licence, foreign-resident ID document with photograph or passport or NIE foreign-resident document without photograph), contact telephone number, email address, city of residence, country of origin and fingerprint (two samples of the same index-finger print).

Can I register even if I don't have an email address?

If you don’t have an email address you will need to provide a phone number so that you can be contacted.

Can I register any other person who is over the age of 14?

No. Individuals over the age of 14 will be entered in the register as sole users; an individual registration file will be created for every applicant. Take a look at the registration process.

How do I register under-14s?

If you wish to register a child under the age of 14, you will need to bring your family book or their birth certificate. If you are not the child's parent or legal guardian, you will need to produce a signed authorisation and a photocopy of the parent or legal guardian's national ID (for signature confirmation). Remember that children do not need to be present when they are registered.

How do I complete my registration?

Once you have finished the registration process at any of the citizen advice branches, you will be given a printed document showing all the registration details. Within 7 days you will receive a welcome letter to the email address you have provided and you will be able to start making the most of your advantages.

Does my registration expire?

No.  But if a user has been inactive for over 12 consecutive months, their registration may be temporary cancelled, with prior notification by email.

How do I get into venues free of charge or at a reduced price?

Once you have registered with Gaudir Més, you will be able to get into all the venues listed here for free or with a discount. When you arrive, you will be asked to identify yourself using your fingerprint  or personal details.

What is the Gaudir Més user area for?

In the user area you can cancel your Gaudir Més registration, change your email address or report any issues with the service.

How can I cancel my Gaudir Més programme registration?

To cancel your registration, you need to go to the user area.

What if I was already signed up to the previous programme, Gaudir+BCN?

You don’t need to register again, you can still keep making the most of the advantages and discounts.
