El turista

The whistling on "Pa amb oli i sal", which won the Enderrock prize for the best pop/rock song in 2012, is one of this group's best-known melodies. Blaumut now present their debut album live, showcasing their self-penned blend of pop and folk.

Great stars from the music scene, both from our own country and around the world, have all performed at the Teatre Grec. No doubt all these vibrations will bring luck to a Catalan band that make their debut at the festival having just released their first album. El turista fuses the musical influences that have marked the members of the group, and which range from pop to classical.  Their songs have been described as “calm and optimistic” by the magazine Enderrock, amongst the many publications that have acclaimed an album packed with references to everyday life, of stories about the joy and pain that are our daily bread. These are the band’s own songs, arranged with classical instruments such as violin, cello and guitar and marked by the fusion of different backgrounds, talents and experiences. You can now hear these songs in a brilliant live show that evokes a kaleidoscope of atmospheres, images and situations.
