Firmly established, this professional event aimed at international artists, producers and programmers with the objective of generating new projects in the performing arts, returns to the Grec.
This will be the fourth edition of a meeting designed to generate exhibition and production projects and to promote exchanges of ideas and views. The ultimate goal of IPAM is to open a door for cooperation between Catalan artists and international producers and make it easier for shows produced in Catalonia to circulate around venues all over the world. IPAM has been organised annually since 2013, always as part of the Grec Festival of Barcelona programme, providing a forum where professionals from the performing arts world can establish national and international contacts and discover or present projects for shows currently at the pre-production stage.
The participants will be able to see some of the shows on the festival programme, as well as attending showcases, stage presentations, special performances of shows staged in Catalonia last season and previews of upcoming productions..
