More V19 buses at the weekends
Buses will run more often on two sections of the V19 bus route from 12 April, avoiding excessive passenger volumes on the service as a whole.
Up to eight more vehicles will be added. The increase in buses in the first section, V19 Nord, will apply from 10 am to 6 pm between the stops of Praga – Rda. Guinardó (metro Alfons X) and Av. República Argentina (metro Vallcarca).
The second section to get more buses, V19 Sud, is between the stops of Pg. Sant Joan – Còrsega (metro Verdaguer) and Pl. Rosa dels Vents (Barceloneta), with more vehicles from 10 am to 9 pm.
Over the first few days there will be information staff and signage at the affected stops. In cases such as this, users are advised to check the front of the bus to ensure it is going to the terminal they need.
