Presentation of the Strategy on Demographic Change and Ageing: a city for every cycle of life, 2018-2030

The Deputy Mayor for Social Rights and Head of the Barcelona Elderly People’s Advisory Council, Laia Ortiz, is presenting the Strategy on demographic change and ageing: a city for every cycle of life, 2018-2030 during a public event enshrined in the participatory process of the 5th Voices of the Elderly Convention.
The event takes place on 6 November, at 12 noon, at the Museu Marítim’s auditorium (Av. De les Drassanes, no nº), and the journalist Rosa Maria Calaf will also be taking part in it. The Strategy on demographic change and ageing: a city for every cycle of life, 2018-2030 is a collection of 77 initiatives aimed at anticipating the process of demographic change and ageing of the population. The initiatives are coordinated around 4 thematic areas: Life-long right to the city; Inter-generational coexistence in a friendly city; Active ageing: Contributing to and enjoying the city and Research and planning for a fair demographic change.
