Twelve school playgrounds open over Christmas

Families, children and teenagers will be able to share these spaces, which will be open to the public and offer a monitoring service. The playgrounds will be open almost every day until 7 January, from 11 am to 2 pm.

Each district will have at least one open playground:

  • Ciutat Vella: Institut Pau Claris and Escola Pere Vila, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • L’Eixample: Escola Aldana, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Sants-Montjuïc: Escola Mossèn Jacint Verdaguer, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Les Corts: Escola Duran i Bas, Monday to Friday, from 4.45 pm to 7.45 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Sarrià – Sant Gervasi: Institut Menéndez y Pelayo, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Gràcia: Escola Reina Violant and Escola La Sedeta, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Horta-Guinardó: Escola Torrent de Can Carabassa, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Nou Barris: Escola Mercè Rodoreda, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Sant Andreu: Escola Pompeu Fabra, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.
  • Sant Martí: Escola Concepción Arenal and Escola Antoni Brusi, seven days a week, from 11 am to 2 pm.

Playgrounds will be closed on 25 and 26 December, and on 1 and 6 January.
