The two million euros earmarked for subsidies through this programme should incentivise new employment contracts for nearly 300 people currently out of work. In the main, these are people who have the most difficulty in finding work, such as young people, women, the over-45s, the long-term unemployed and those at risk of social exclusion.

Of particular interest are companies in strategic areas which generate quality jobs and are linked to industry 4.0, such as the creative industries, the green and circular economy, biology and health, logistics and so forth.

Companies giving permanent work contracts or temporary ones for more than six months to people at risk of social exclusion will get up to 8,000 euros per full-time work contract, and between 2,000 and 6,000 euros for part-time contracts.

In the case of permanent contracts for young people, the over-45s and women, companies will get 5,000 euros as long as the contract is for full-time hours. If the person taken on has been unemployed for a long time and the new contract is for permanent full-time hours, the company will get 6,000 euros.

The Crea Feina Plus programme incentivises permanent work contracts, giving priority to full-time hours. Each company will be able to receive a maximum of ten subsidies. The application period is from 10 May to 3 November 2023.

Companies and self-employed workers interested in the programme can consult the terms and condition and formalise their applicationhere.
