Mediation

As an art centre, La Fabra is permanently undergoing a process of reflection and learning about what an art centre is today (and what it can become).

While many of our Mediation activities take place behind closed doors or within the institution’s internal sphere, they all involve an element of public activation or feedback. By getting together and conversing with various organisations and associations in the Sant Andreu district, our internal work gives rise to interventions within the very structure of the Centre or in a variety of activations open to everyone.

The programmes we label as Mediation are part of this process and support the Centre in its pledge to become an accessible, public and citizen-serving institution.
