Alba Alsina is a young saxophonist from Girona who fuses flamenco-jazz, jazz and ambient electronic sounds to create an impressive live show with high quality performances. El Principio (self-published, 2020) is the first disc with Alba Alsina as leader, saxophonist and composer, offering eight completely personal and biographical scenes. The artist seeks to embody this current fusion between flamenco essence and the jazz tradition, adding flamenco dance courtesy of the bailaora Aina Nuñez (choreographer for Rosalía) in a live show which will not leave you indifferent.
