Bikôkô is one of the most promising emerging talents in Catalan music today. Born in Barcelona and brought up in an artistic environment that introduced her to a wide variety of music from an early age, this young artist has developed her own R&B and neo-soul project - the genres that she finds most inspiring - with influences from Tanzanian chants and West African rhythms. Her music is highly sensory and very much open to other styles. Aura Aura, her first EP (2021), could be clearly categorised as neo soul, the mix tape No News Is Good News (2022) showed her darker side, and her latest project, Destiny, explores new genres and even adds electronica to the mix. Despite her youth, Bikôkô has been able to evolve musically and bring new perspectives to her characteristic sound, something that has created a sensation at events such as Primavera Sound.

Her new live show is another step on this evolutionary path, part of a journey that mixes influences and a variety of different sounds that leave audiences hypnotised by her commanding voice. Now based in London, Bikôkô continues her musical journey of discovery.
