Talking about Doctor Prats means talking about the musical revolution in Catalan. After a few years where the world came to a halt and we experienced some new sensations in our lives, Doctor Prats have been slowly cooking up their fourth disc, Pel cantó bo, where the group from Terrassa emphasises the changes experienced with good music and experimentation with a fusion of styles, in their own characteristic way. A poc a poc, Massa bé, Quan et faci falta, Deixa’m perdre el temps and Seguirem ballant (in collaboration with Stay Homas) are just some of the tracks on the album, their fourth disc after Patates amb peix (2015), Aham Sigah (2016) and Venim de lluny (2018).

Doctor Prats were formed in 2014 with the intention of being a virtual project. Almost ten years on, they have taken their music to the biggest stages in Catalonia and beyond: France, Hungary and Japan are just some of the place where they have performed. The audience at La Mercè discovered them just as they were starting out and now have the chance to enjoy a consolidated group going from strength to strength.
