Rabble-rouser from the Spanish funk, disco and soul scene and guitarist with the popular (and recently disbanded) Fundación Tony Manero, Lalo López presents his new project, a limited orchestra with limitless dance.

Lalo López Limited Orchestra is a contemporary funk band with a capital F, which takes its inspiration from both the classics of the genre and the rhythmic punch of hip-hop, in which López demonstrates his masterful skill for composing floorfillers with plenty of groove and beautiful arrangements. Numbers in which Lalo offers his own particular view of the world, full of humour, tenderness, surrealism and poignancy in equal parts.

For their debut in our city , the LLLO will be accompanied by the strings of the Barcelona Rock Strings and by many friends and guests, with whom they’ll be bringing us the songs from their first album, the title of which is a solitary L, like the one you find on the cars of learner drivers.

The Lalo López Limited Orchestra serves up a fusion of dance, humour, love, sex, tenderness, satire, and politics: so get your best dance shoes on and hit the dance floor!
