Is it an artistic action or a sociological experiment? Love for Free is actually both: a novel, original event that suggests new ways of interacting that shake up and stand up to the individualism and emotional disconnection that pervades our society. How? It's very easy: by looking closely into the eyes, hugging or even kissing anyone on the street, a person we don't know but who looks back at us or hugs us back generously. Actually, being cordial with others is the best therapy to combat a bad mood or mistrust.

Sergi Estebanell directs this street show, which will show us that all too often we miss the magical moments that life harbours, like imagining the stories of the people with whom we cross paths every day or gifting a smile to a passer-by wearing an unhappy expression. Estebanell, the creator of art projects that aim for social transformation, and of performances in the public space, defines himself as a shaker, an agitator who believes in humour, surprise and provocation to make the impossible possible.
