Remei de ca la Fresca is a group made up of Xantal Rodríguez (voice and guitar), Artur Piera (drums, guitar, keyboard and backing vocals), Iago Rueda (guitar, bass and backing vocals) and Víctor Álvarez (bass, drums and backing vocals). They're all capable of bringing remedies to any kind of ill from the depths of Montseny.

There's no place for sins, labels or euphemisms at Ca la Fresca. Their show is a Witches’ Sabbath of wild poetry and psychedelic rock that transports you to other dimensions.

Remei de Ca la Fresca was formed in 2020, at the height of the apocalypse, with the aim of surviving the tedium of official discourse, and released their first album, named after the group, in 2021. They released a new single this year (2023), Nascut descarat, as a clue for everything in store for us in the very near future.

Their visceral rock celebrates life with a mixture of folklore and village electronica. We’re keen to enjoy their performance and surrounding rhythms and a heady dose of fun at BAM 2023. The old Estrella Damm Factory is throwing a big party you mustn’t miss!
