The Ukrainian video jockey Ivan Sai and Spanish-Brazilian DJ Dudu Alves work together in an audiovisual performance based around the work of Ukrainian artist Oleksii Sai, an unusual talent, creator of plastic art, sensory installations and digital art, and known for being one of the founders of Excel Art, a current that uses graphic tools for artistic ends.

In Tekstura (transliteration of the Ukrainian term Текстура), Sai and Alves explore the multiple combinations between traditional music from Eastern Europe and South America and electronica, based on the visual textures created by Oleksii Sai. With the projection of live images with audio content, the artistic duo give shape to a multimedia fabric that combines their cultural contexts which are geographically, and sometimes also emotionally, so far apart.

Technology made art. Tekstura opens new horizons in the landscape of sound, audiovisual and performance creation, as did the artist who inspired the piece. Over the course of an hour, the audience will be taken to different environments, through diverse scenes which may take them to places they have never visited before. To both mental and emotional spaces.
