The project Flor is based on the panot de flor (square tile with a four-petal flower motif), one of the most recognisable symbols of the city. This project combines heritage and contemporaneity through a graphic language that becomes a screen of floral pixels, both day and night. With a warm, sustainable aesthetic and a clear sense of identity, the project generates a visual experience that connects with the DNA of Barcelona.
Lighting: 21 luminous arches will be installed, each composed of 7 figures (approximately 175 motifs in total). The design includes 10 different motif models, which are repeated with chromatic variations and combine stars, Christmas characters, traditional elements such as the Tió or the New Year's grapes.
Sustainability: with 60% less energy consumption and a 93% reduction in light pollution, the system uses high-performance LEDs and recyclable materials. A modular and reusable proposal, with minimal environmental impact.
