Boombeta

With the coming of summer, El Graner, the creation factory devoted to dance and the live arts, is once again promoting BOOMBETA, a series of artistic projects that spotlight the long-term relationships we have forged with our closest environs: La Marina neighbourhood. 

This year we want to leave the rehearsal hall to meet up with the residents, associations and groups from La Marina neighbourhood in a single festival day in the Jardins dels Drets Humans [Human Rights Gardens], where we can think, share, talk and dance together. It will be an intense gathering in the public space that will enable us to connect and engage in dialogue through movement, experimentation and improvisation practices and a variety of participatory dance activities for all ages.

The 7th edition of BOOMBETA will define its programme in conjunction with the resident artists chosen via the Graner 2024 public call for applications and with different cultural groups and organisations in the neighbourhood.

All the activities are free of charge.
