Gift Voucher

Would you like to redeem your gift voucher? 

If at Christmas you bought or were gifted a gift voucher for the 2024 edition of the Grec Festival, you can redeem it for any Grec Festival show (at the Teatre Grec, Teatre Lliure, Mercat de les Flors, Teatre CCCB and La Paloma). The only shows not included in the voucher are Circular by Sílvia Peréz Cruz, La gran nit de Dagoll Dagom and Un minut estroboscòpica by Antònia Font.

You will enjoy an exclusive redemption period from Monday, April 15 at 10:00 a.m. until Wednesday, April 17 at 11:59 p.m. When tickets sales will start, on April 18 at 3:00 p.m., you will be able to continue redeeming your tickets.

To exchange your voucher for tickets, follow these steps:

RESET YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Go to https://entradesgrec.barcelona.cat/account/login?lang=en and click on "Forgotten your password?". 
2. Reset your password by email.* 

* If, after checking the spam folder, you still can't find the confirmation message, it is possible that your address is not registered. If so, you'll have to create a new account.

ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT VOUCHER

1. Go to the website and enter the code on your GIFT VOUCHER.
2. Under "Subscribers", you'll see an option to PURCHASE the voucher without payment.
3. Add the voucher to your shopping basket and follow the purchase process until the end (you won't have to pay anything).
    

REDEEM THE GIFT VOUCHER

1. Click on your name in the header and go to "My passes".
2. Your voucher will be there. Now click on "Add shows to my pass".
3. Choose the shows and tickets you're interested in and confirm the booking (if you don't book all your tickets in one go, you can book some more later by repeating the same steps).
4. Add the tickets to your pass, and you're good to go!
