The final line-up for the 28th International Women’s Film Festival is moving to FilmIn.

Adapting to the current situation, the 28th Barcelona International Women’s Film Festival is moving the final programme of this year’s line-up to FilmIn so you can watch it despite the restrictions. From November 30 to December 13, you will be able to enjoy the latest films of ‘Feminist Film Manifestos VI’, which are becoming more important in a context where the popular organization that takes care of the collective is being vindicated. Women and Children Last, Maso et Miso vont en bateau or Seeing for ourselves – Women working with film are some of the pieces of this selection about feminist activisms from the 70’s. In addition, an online colloquium will take place on December 2 on ‘Historical collective experiences in the feminist audiovisual world’.

On the same dates, you will also find some of the films of ‘Cortos en femenino’, a selection of short films made by directors from Spain. Suc de síndria by Irene Moray, Benidorm 2017 by Clàudia Costafreda, Carne by Camila Kater, La caza by Amy Fajardo and Mi hermano Juan by Cristina Martín Barcelona and María José Martín Barcelona are the titles you can watch. There will also be an online discussion on December 9 on the benefits of the short film format.

The online activities will take place on the Barcelona International Women’s Film Festival website. On the other hand, the titles of the festival will have different prices at FilmIn, which you will have to check on the platform.
