Design Market Barcelona is all set for Christmas
The market will host over 100 stalls with home décor items, fashion, handicrafts, publications, lighting and much, much more.
Both design fans and people on the hunt for Christmas presents will be pleased to know that Design Market Barcelona is back this December. This is one of the most important design fairs and that's why it will be playing host to artists and artisans who are at the forefront of their fields with wide recognition. The organisers take on a huge undertaking in deciding on who will get a stall at the market, offering top quality and great variety. There will be over 100 stalls with home décor items, fashion, accessories, jewellery, handicrafts, publications, graphic design pieces, furniture, lighting and art works. This huge event is organised by FAD (Fostering Art and Design), a non-profit association of professionals and businesses connected with design. Thanks to their work, they’ve managed to bring together the most contemporary creatives, new talent and huge professionals, such as the most relevant independent brands, in one weekend so that you peruse their wares and pick out what you want.
Design Market Barcelona will run on 13, 14 and 15 December, from Friday to Sunday, at different times. Of course, the natural choice to house the market, now in its eighth year, is Disseny Hub, Plaça de les Glòries.
