Art de Nit

A night to take in the Gràcia galleries

Art de Nit is organising a tour around 7 spaces dedicated to contemporary art in all of its various guises.

Gràcia is one of the art world’s true homes in Barcelona; that’s not up for debate. Its streets are teeming with local creativity and that's why many galleries have set up shop there. This December, you’ve got the chance to discover these spaces in a really original way: at night. Art de Nit is offering a tour through seven venues dedicated to contemporary art who will be staying open later so that you can take a stroll through the streets and plazas of Gràcia in good company, all while discovering the works on display there. The night will include a diverse and appealing range of different artistic disciplines such as photography, street art, illustration and contemporary jewellery. This is an initiative from Artlocals, a project that works on raising awareness about local art and connecting it with the general public in a contemporary and affable way.

Art de Nit will run on Thursday, 12 December from 7 pm to 10 pm, in different galleries around Gràcia. These are Miluna Life & Art, Espai [b] Galeria d'Art, Spectrum WIP, Hannah Gallery and Framed Gang. What’s more, two hotels that house art displays will also be taking part in the programme. One of these is Pol & Grace, where there’ll be art posters by Nathalie Rey and Pop Caribe and the other is Casa Gracia, which will play host to a live painting exhibition with illustrator Ana Patitú.

This activity is completely free and open to anyone who wants to take part. You can find all of the information about the tour on the Art de Nit website.
