Guided tours back to Casa Vicens

On Saturdays and Sundays, the centre offers tours with experts for up to 6 people.

Casa Vicens restarts guided tours at the centre, visits by expert guides who will discover you every corner of this emblematic building in the city of Barcelona. Casa Vicens is one of the works that best shows Antoni Gaudí’s innovative language in terms of structural, decorative and symbolic elements. The visits last between 75 and 90 minutes and are personalised, for a maximum of 6 people, which gives you the opportunity to delve deeper into the elements and explanations. They take place on Saturday and Sunday in Catalan, at 10 and at 11.30 am, and in Spanish, at 4:30 pm. For now, you’ll find sessions scheduled up until March 28.

Casa Vicens was built between 1883 and 1885 and was the first large commission Gaudí received. The building is one of the most important examples of his later work, as it helps us to better understand the origins of his methods and gives us the basis for analysing everything he created afterwards. The house was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005.

The ticket costs 20 euros, although you can currently enjoy it with a 25% discount, and you can book it on this link. The next session with available tickets will be February 7.
