Two outdoor sessions of In-Edit on Tour

Poble Espanyol presents two screenings from the Barcelona International Music Documentary Film Festival.

You may be familiar with In-Edit, the Barcelona International Music Documentary Film Festival which is held in late October and shows the best feature films on artists, singers, composers and bands. During the year, these films travel to different places around the country with the In-Edit on Tour, and this summer Poble Espanyol has been chosen to show two very special screenings. Naturally, the sessions will be held outdoor in order to make the most of the cooler evening temperatures.

The first screening will be on 23 July with the award-winning New Order: Decades by Mike Christie, a feature film from 2018 which describes the past, present and future of the mythical British electronic pop band New Order. The film mixes documentary formats and concerts, exploring the different facets of the band onstage and behind the scenes. You can watch the creative process and the staging of So It Goes, a show that the group developed in 2017, as well as different interviews with the band members and experts. The second session will be on 27 August, with a film yet to be announced. Both events will be at 10 pm at Poble Espanyol, and there will be a bar to help viewers enjoy the experience even more.

Tickets can be purchased for 7 euros, and there are different combinations that include food and drinks. You can find more information, as well as the platform where you can buy tickets, on the In-Edit website.
