Ribs & Shout, the first festival to bring together barbecue and music
From 1 to 4 October, the Poble Espanyol hosts this festival devoted to grilled meat, music and BBQ culture.
Born out of a passion for meat and great music comes Ribs & Shout, a unique event to be held from 1 to 4 October at the Poble Espanyol.
The Ribs & Shout festival will feature live music by iconic international rock group tribute bands. Names of the likes of Manel Fuentes & the Spring’s Team (tribute to Bruce Springsteen), Smoking Stones (tribute to The Rolling Stones), The Bon Scott Band (tribute to AC/DC), Willy and the Poor boys (tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival) and more will ring out, along with DJs and live blues performances.
Over four days, the Poble Espanyol will host this great open-air party, which will also include all sorts of participative activities, such as King of the Grill (team barbecue competition), eating contests, culinary workshops for adults and kids and a country line dance workshop.
