In this conference we will have the opportunity to know at what stage is the Dual Training in our city and how it has impacted the deployment of the Organic Law 3/2022 on the organization and integration of Vocational Training, which has introduced the dual dimension to all Vocational Training, after verifying its positive effects since it was introduced in 2012, adapting it to the needs of an increasingly changing labour market, and betting on the company in its training role.

And to do so we will count on the participation of’Antón Costas, Professor of Economic Policy of Universitat de Barcelona and Chairman of Consejo Económico y Social de España; Ricard Coma, General Director of Vocational Training of Departament d’Educació i Formació Professional; Núria Vallduriola, Director of Postobligatòria i Règim Especial del Consorci d’Educació de Barcelona, and Lorena Ventura, Director of Formació i Plans Estratègics d’Ocupació of Barcelona Activa.
