Rosa Rey Rodríguez

Rosa Rey (Barcelona, 1974) studied Spanish Philology and earned a postgraduate degree in Publishing at the University of Barcelona. She worked as an editor at the medical publisher Masson-Doyma for three years, later joining Critèria, an editorial services company. She joined the Angle Editorial publishing house in 2007 and has been the editorial director there since 2011. Angle Editorial is an independent imprint that publishes, exclusively in Catalan, fiction and non-fiction by local authors like Alba Dalmau, Albert Pijuan, Mònica Batet, Maria Canelles, Xavier Aliaga, Manuel Forcano and Joan Anton Català, among others, and international authors such as Annie Ernaux, Julian Barnes, Maylis de Kerangal, Ottessa Moshfeg, Deborah Levy, Rebecca Solnit, Jenny Erpenbeck, Jon McGregor and Percival Everett.

She works with the master’s in Publishing at the UPF, the online master’s in Digital Publishing at the UOC and the master’s in Creative Writing at the UdG.
