David Gálvez Casellas, born in Vilanova i la Geltrú in 1970, is an Andorran teacher, editor, translator and writer, educated at the University of Barcelona, Keele University and Emmanuel College, Cambridge. His latest fantasy fiction titles include Proliferen les calandres [Calandra Larks Proliferate] and Succedanis d’eternitat [Substitutes for Eternity], though he has also published works of creative non-fiction, poetic prose and other genres. He directs Editorial Medusa and has translated authors such as Daniel Defoe, Jonathan Swift and Iñaki Rubio.
