Mariona Borrull, born in Calella in 1996, is a film critic for Fotogramas and a regular contributor to Gara, El Cultural, Kinótico and Tot és Comèdia on SER Catalunya. They host the 3Cat video podcast Replicants and co-host Nervi’s cultural calendar alongside Andrea Gumes and Júlia Bertran. As a journalist, they specialise in coverage of top-tier international film festivals (Berlinale, Cannes, Venice), which they combine with university teaching (UPC, UOC) and event organisation for the L’Alternativa festival. They are a member of FIPRESCI and the Feroz Awards committee and were selected for Berlinale Talents in 2022.
