Ricard Efa

Ricard Efa (Sabadell, 1976) teaches at the Escola Joso and writes under the pseudonym of Ricard Efa. He has had works published in some of the most important comics publishing houses in the French-Belgian market (Dupuis, Lombard, Delcourt, Vents d’Ouest, Futuropolis), some of which have been translated in around a dozen countries. He was nominated for the Eisner prizes in 2018 for Monet, nómada de la luz (Norma). He has contributed to Cavall Fort, Ara, Spirou, ImageDoc, Sàpiens and Volata. His first science-fiction novel, Les màquines del caos, was published by Mai Més. The first volumes of his new comics series Nocéano were recently published (Norma).
