Disruptions to citizen support services over the weekend

The E-Headquarters, General Registry, Virtual Procedures Office, BCN Guide, Agenda 500, Online Support and 010 services will be unavailable for technical reasons from Saturday 29 through to midnight the following day. The work to be carried out is needed to improve the quality offered by these services.

When?

Improvement work on the City Council’s tech infrastructures is due to start on Saturday, 29 January, around 3 pm, and continue until Sunday night, ending at midnight.

Procedures as from Monday

Given the disruptions caused by the improvements to the IT system, citizens are recommended to carry out procedures as from Monday. The various municipal communication channels will be providing information on the situation.

In an emergency, people can still call the 112 number or contact the Multi-service Citizen Support Office (OMAC) in Plaça de Sant Miquel, which will be open during its usual Saturday hours of 8.30 am to 8 pm. In the afternoon the office will be handling appointments for procedures that can be completed without accessing the affected IT applications.
