Bus and metro user ratings practically at an all-time high

Users gave the bus service an average score of 8.09 and the metro a score of 7.94 (out of 10) in the annual satisfaction survey for 2023. The opinion of TMB users continues to be very favourable compared to the previous year, with the bus network scoring 0.5 points more and the metro network scoring 0.9 more, the best rating since 2010.

Another mechanism is the Customer Satisfaction Index, generated from scores given for services offered, reliability, comfort, safety, accessibility and support received. Both the bus and the metro networks improved their scores compared to the data from 2022.

In the case of the metro, the most notable aspects for users of the main lines were speed, accessibility and the general information received on anything relating to the network. With the bus network, users gave their highest ratings for technical reliability accessibility, customer services and information for users.
