British singer Anika, also a former political journalist and film-maker, is an artist bursting with talent and charisma. With successful collaborations with Clark, Les Gordon and Tricky and three highly acclaimed albums under her belt, she has received huge recognition in the world of music since the outset. And now, she’s ready to offer an explosive performance at BAM 2023.

Her new album, Eat Liquid, which treats us to fantastic songs like Choc-A-Bloc, was released this year, following the release in 2021 of her last album, Change, on which she tackled personal growth, looking at age-old questions about whether we can really change as people and as a society. At that time, it had been 11 years since Anika's previous solo album and then suddenly she was back with lots to say.
