The Notwist is coming from Germany to the 2023 BAM Festival with all their energy to offer an unforgettable concert this September. The band is made up of innovative musicians who have the ability to transform their studio recordings into veritable works of art when performed live. 

Their latest album, Vertigo Days, served as the base for a new musical adventure after publishing other works like Superheroes, Ghots-Villains + Stuff. 

Vertigo Days is an album recorded live at the Alien Research Center, where they recreated their songs in a psychedelic, intense way, turning them into a unique sound experience with krautrock influences. This special concert not only gives us glimpses into the unexplored potential of the songs on Vertigo Days, but it also serves as an inspiration for their upcoming live shows.

With collaborations with renowned artists like Saya from the band Tenniscoats, Angel Bat Dawid, Ben LaMar Gay, Juana Molina and others, as well as their latest member, Theresa Loibl on the bass clarinet, harmonium and keyboard, The Notwist has expanded their stylistic and lyric repertoire with the addition of new instruments and artistic approaches.
