“Chocolate with light” is an installation where light melts chocolate in a live display and invites the public to taste it. The traditional association between light and heat is the central element of this work where, as the hours pass, we can appreciate the intrinsic capacity of light to affect material. The properties of chocolate as a material are also evident in this project. To its gastronomic properties, we can add its ability to transform itself when it melts.

Aside from the main installation, there are two independent mobile serving points providing visitors with portions of melted chocolate. In this case, a solid cylinder of chocolate slowly revolves, while a powerful heat point melts it.
