Marco Mezquida premieres on 22 July at 8 pm

CaixaForum Summer Nights

Every Wednesday in July and August a new cultural proposal will be presented to enjoy from home.

For the first time, the CaixaForum Summer Nights will be in virtual format, to adapt to the new reality we are living in. During the summer you will be able to discover music and art from a different perspective, and also from another place: the couch at home. The next one will open this Wednesday 22nd of July with a musical encounter with the pianist Marco Mezquida, who will share his musical journey with the journalist Xavier Chavarría. And to finish July, on the 29th you will be able to see Las Muchísimas y Sol Lewitt, an inclusive work starring women over sixty years old that talks about diversity and the burden of prejudice.

August will be the time for events such as Dreamers' Circus, a Scandinavian folk group, a dance performance by Mireia C. Saladrigues, the theatre concert 'Desconcerto' and 'Finale', a vertical dance show. Moreover, you can also recover on the CaixaForum website past sessions such as the concert by Joana Amendoeira, ‘360 gramos’ with Ada Vilaró and ‘Sa mateixa’, dance and collective memory.

Every Wednesday in July and August at 8 pm, one of the activities in the Summer Nights programme will be premiered free of charge. To enjoy them, you only have to enter the CaixaForum website and click on the activity you wish to see.
