Cases Singulars, also open during the summer

Be part of the special tours at 'Nits d'Estiu a les Cases Singulars'.

Don't know what to do during your summer nights? Cases Singulars has something for you. Throughout July, August and September, you can go on the special guided tours of 'Nits d'Estiu a les Cases Singulars' and enjoy the project's four houses. On TuesdaysBiblioteca Arús is inviting you to explore the history of its creation in 1895 and its collection on the social movements of the 19th and 20th centuries. You will also be able to visit Joan Proubasta's Sherlock Holmes collection, which is currently considered Spain's most important private collection dedicated to the figure of Sherlock Holmes, and one of the top 10 in the world. At the end of the tour, you will receive a gift from Amatller Chocolate.

Wednesdays are for Llotja de Mar, one of the most recent additions to the Cases Singulars program. Alongside the visit to the Llotja, the old meeting place for the city's merchants, there will be live music in the Pati dels Tarongers. If you choose to join a tour on a Thursday, you'll visit Casa Rocamora, an Elizabethan mansion in Putxet that still conserves the original decoration and collections of paintings, sculptures and other artworks of the period. Last but not least, Cases Singulars is offering a dramatized guided tour to the Casa Museu Amatller by the hand of Teresa Amatller, daughter of the businessman Antoni Amatller, with whom she lived in the house. The visit will be available on August 6 and 20, and on September 10, 24 and 25.

Prices for the different visits range from 18 to 39 euros. For further information on the itineraries and to book your tickets, visit this link.
