Six hours of Poblenou Open Night
Barcelona’s most creative district is opening up its doors to culture.
The fact that Poblenou is becoming Barcelona’s most culturally and creatively active district is beyond dispute. The reawakening of the area over the course of recent decades has made the city’s streets livelier than ever and proof of that is the fifth edition of Poblenou Open Night. For six hours more than one hundred emerging and consolidated artists working in different disciplines will show off their works in different venues in Poblenou. In addition, plenty of activities are scheduled for the evening, including workshops, concerts, food-related events and performances. One of the protagonists of the night will be trap and new formats for the distribution of musical and audiovisual contents, complete with performances and exhibitions. At the same time, the Palo Alto Foundation will also open up creative spaces related to sustainability, including a culinary workshop against food waste featuring chef Sergi de Meià.
All this will take place on 23 November from 7pm to 1am at hotels, museums, art galleries, coworking spaces, shops, restaurants and more venues in Poblenou. One of the core activities of all the editions of the Open Night is Windows Art Circuit, a tour that this year brings together a selection of work by the artists that have featured in previous editions.
All of the activities in Poblenou Open Night are free of charge. You’ll find more information on the Poblenou Urban District website.
