DJs and Galician food at the Pulpada Electrónica
It promises good music, a flea market, children’s activities and delicacies from Galicia, at the Mercat dels Encants.
After a break which lasted the summer months, the Pulpada Electrónica (Electronic Octopus Festival) is back to provide citizens with the best in Galician cuisine mixed with great electronic music. But this time, it’s going to be even bigger, at the Mercat dels Encants, so that visitors can enjoy a stroll around the flea market stands as they enjoy all the other activities. One of the main attractions is the “pulpo á feira”, Galician-style octopus, which they concoct with raw materials straight from Galicia. Plus, the music includes an outstanding selection of great local artists. This time, you can hear the tunes of the DJs and producers Jen Cruz, Dj Rosario, ΩIII, Magic Tundra, Dj-Charlie Oh, Sal abi and Ameba Barcelona.
The next Pulpada Electrónica will be Sunday 15 September from 12 noon to 9 pm. Like we said, it will be held at the Mercat dels Encants, where there will be more than 50 stands selling records, used clothing, designer objects and much more. This festival has been held with resounding audience success at other venues, like the Sala Apolo and the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm. It welcomes children and families with open arms, and activities are held to make sure that everyone has a great time.
