Poblenou's art open to all publics

The 25th edition of the Tallers Oberts de Poblenou (TOP), a project led by a collective of organisations, venues and cultural initiatives in Poblenou, will be celebrated this September. The event will take place from September 17 to 19. Its goal is to offer a space to interact with the neighbourhood's local art, providing the chance to get to know the creations of the artists and enjoy a range of events and activities. The neighbourhood's art workshops will open their doors, bringing their methods and processes of creation and research closer to the public. To celebrate the 25th anniversary, this year the TOPs are starting a project, the Proyecto Escaparates, which proposes a new distribution of art in alternative spaces so that other local shops in the area can show some of their pieces in a different environment to that of the workshop.

These are the different spaces of the neighbourhood that will be taking part in the 2021 TOP: the plastic arts workshop Gabriel Schmitz, the contemporary art gallery Chez Xefo, the space for artistic encounters AquistArt, the creative factory La Escocesa, the creative incubator El Elevador, the artistic production space NauArt, the shared workshop ESPRONCEDA 164, the art factory ZONA, the corn products workshop Tortilla del Mar, the association JISER, the art distributor TXT Arte, the artistic research space ArtCorner and the flamenco dance workshop La Marea.
