Bio game: Learn while having fun with biodiversity

Cooperative game created through a Service-Learning (APS) project promoted by the Espai Ambiental cooperative and supported by the Generalitat de Catalunya. Three educational centers collaborated in its content: Charlie Rivel (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat), Gassó i Vidal (Ripollet), and the ASPASUR Occupational Center (Ripollet).

It is a resource suitable for primary education, special education, and family audiences.

The game consists of 61 cards and is designed for teams of 4-8 players. There are 4 types of cards: habitat cards, living being cards, and positive and negative impact cards. The goal of the game is to preserve biodiversity by creating 3 ecosystems with 5 living beings in each.

The game is available at the SDEA in printed format in Catalan, and as a downloadable version in Catalan, Spanish, and English on the website of  Capgira el rumb.

Hydrocar
Hydrocar

"Hydrocar", introduces students to hybrid technology. Demonstrates the complete operation of a clean energy system with solar energy generation to hydrogen.

Contains: instruction manual, reversible fuel cell, chassis and wheel kit, electric motor, flashing LED lights, water supports, gas collectors, connection cables, battery, solar panel, and a syringe.

Recommended for ages 12 and up.
