Max, the star of this work of fiction, has a pretty simple job: making sure that all the residents of Fog Station, which plays host to refugees escaping the war on planet Earth, take their daily dose of relev, a drug to control aggression. However, a second drug that neutralises the effects of relev has just reached the station. And Max’s life and job have just got a lot more complicated.
