Alejandro Marcos
Alejandro Marcos, born in Alcalá de Henares in 1986, holds a degree in journalism and was part of the first graduating class of the master’s degree in narrative at the Escuela de Escritores, where he has taught for fifteen years. He writes regularly for the Escuela de Escritores’ writing blog and co-hosts the monthly podcast Todo empieza con una palabra together with Lara Coto. He has contributed to three short-story anthologies and published the novels El final del duelo [The End of the Duel], Vendrán del este [They Will Come from the East], Cástor y Pólux [Castor and Pollux] and La hora de las moscas [The Hour of the Flies]. He also contributed to the writing handbook Escribir fantástico [Writing the Fantastic].
