D’Marius, another of the three finalists of Sona9 who will be performing at BAM 2023, is the stage name adopted by Màrius Vázquez to express his musical facet. In his evolution as an artist he has embraced the universe of freestyle and rap battles and today he presents himself as an artist and producer with an insatiable need to create and break all the stylistic rules put before him.

Hailing from Sils, Girona, D’Marius is open to any musical influence and moves freely from classic rap to trap and the frenetic breakbeats of jungle, with references such as Nathy Peluso, Kanye West, Rosalia, A$SAP Rocky, Tyler The Creator, Kendrick Lamar and Kase O.
