Pedagogy

Writer, educator and facilitator of creativity, Angélica Sátiro is an advocate of the Filosofía Lúdica [Fun Philosophy] movement, which combines philosophy and childhood in literature, teacher training and cultural educational initiatives.

Holding a PhD in Pedagogy from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Applied Creativity from the University of Santiago de Compostela, she trained in Philosophy for Children at Montclair State University in New Jersey (United States). Sátiro has published more than 400 books and articles in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Italian, Portuguese and English. She has worked in education and culture since the 1980s, in different countries across Europe, Latin America and Africa.
