Jorge Carrión is a writer, journalist and co-director of the UPF-BSM Master in Literary Creation. He writes regularly in The New York Times and La Vanguardia newspapers. 

His latest published books of essays include Librerías [Bookshops] (Anagrama, 2013), Barcelona. Libro de los Pasajes [Barcelona. Book of Passageways] (Gutenberg Galaxy, 2017) and Contra Amazon [Against Amazon] (Gutenberg Galaxy, 2019).
