Accés públic a la làmina d’aigua a la dàrsena del comerç
The establishment of a nautical base for long-distance yachts in the Commercial dock has led to the restriction of public access to the waterfront along its entire perimeter. There are stretches where this restriction is obligatory due to international maritime safety regulations, but there are other areas – such as the Moll del Dipòsit – where the accesses and the management regime of the area can be modified in order to restore public use without restrictions to the quayside areas.
Therefore, the aim of this project is to reach an institutional agreement between Barcelona City Council and the Barcelona Port Authority to modify the restricted access perimeter to the quayside area around the Commercial dock.
