What is it?
The coastal plan
The Strategic Plan for the city’s coastal areas is a planning instrument that aims to organise and manage all the urban areas of the city’s seafront. It has a time frame of 10 years, it is based on an extensive diagnosis and it is materialised in a series of projects and strategic actions along the city’s coastline.
What's new
This is the assessment of the first five years of the Coastal Plan (2018-2022).
The objective of this assessment is two-fold: to highlight the main milestones and results achieved
through the Plan’s implementation and the status of the various projects undertaken in these first years, as well as to provide a critical analysis and visualise the challenges for coming years.
