La Dinamo Fundació was founded in 2016 by the technical teams from the La Borda de Sants cooperative with a view to fostering and promoting the cooperative housing model in the transfer of use as an alternative to access to housing. La Dinamo has promoted 14 cooperative housing projects, of which five are already up and running and construction work is starting on the rest. It has a social base of more than 900 people and is promoting 287 cooperative homes.
